Get to know the birthplace of cinema with a dynamic look at French society from les Frères Lumières to the modern day. As the third biggest producer of films in the world, the legendary French film industry offers an oblique look at all aspects of French life and culture. In this course you will become better acquainted with this culture through some of the most important figures and films in the film industry that started it all.
