About this Class
In this class, toddlers develop their French vocabulary through engaging educational games, dancing, and singing with their parents or caregivers. Songs include classics such as Dans la ferme à Mathurin and Au clair de la lune. Vocabulary is thematic and varies weekly. This session’s themes include winter, winter clothing, farm animals, the face, emotions, St. Valentine’s Day, Mardi Gras, night and day, geometric forms and reptiles.
Les Ouistitis emphasizes oral comprehension, motricity and speaking. Each class ends with a craft project based on the thème du jour such as a winter scene or a Mardi Gras mask to take home.
