Camille Pécastaings-Christie

Camille hails from the town of Pau, in the southwest region of France. She has a degree in English and a Master’s degree in French as a Foreign Language. She has taught children, adolescents and adults alike in and outside of France. Her love of Anglophone culture has led her to teaching French Language & Culture in the United Kingdom, at the University of North Carolina and in Australia. Camille is very attached to her southern roots and believes language and culture go hand in hand in learning French. She wants her students to have a taste of France in her classroom!

Starting January 21, 2017 1.5 hours per week for 10 weeks

Children learning French as a foreign language will develop their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills through games, role-plays and characters from the Zig Zag textbook.

Les Lynx

11 to 12 Years old
Starting January 21, 2017 2 hours per week for 10 weeks

This class improves all aspects of a child’s native or near-native French skills through a wide range of fun activities including debates, role-plays, writing activities and readings of short stories and French literature.
