Learn How To- Introduce yourself and others, talk about yourself; ask for information on others.
- Prepositions of place (à, en, au, aux), the verbs être, avoir and s’appeler, the basic negative (ne…pas); definite articles (le, la, les), some nationalities
- Talk about French artists, learn about the Swiss and Belgian number systems, discover a few francophone celebrities, l’OIF.
- People, pastimes, identity, countries and nationalities, numbers up to 100.

- Pronouncing a basic sentence: Je m’appelle Arthur; je suis français; word stress: Pierre est allemand, Jeanne est anglaise.
