Te voici, Rire du Printemps! - From Poet Théodore de Banville, to poétesse Marceline Desbordes-Valmore, to Romantic giant Victor Hugo, to genius touche-à-tout Jacques Prévert and singer songwriter Léo Ferré, all have sung either a longing or a desire for Springtime - the Vernal season of rebirth, hope and renaissance. Resonating with the 2021 edition of the Printemps des poètes Festival celebrating the theme of desire, this class, led by Michaela, will be focusing on these topics in order to share a collection of texts bringing inspiration and energy to a much needed moment of our confined wintertime like lives. Vive le printemps!
