This session, come read the original Adventures of Arsène Lupin, the infamous Gentleman Burglar that inspired the popular Netflix series. Learn about the disconcerting European origins of Disney's classic fairy tales, Cendrillon and La Belle au bois dormant. Discover wartime poems by Arthur Rimbaud and calligrams by Guillaume Apollinaire. Acquire a taste for the most iconic French comic book series, Astérix. And reflect on the human experience of History with an excerpt of a mystery autobiography... Each session will involve an element of creative writing or interpretation.

Prior experience is required for this class. If your child is new to the Center and between the ages of 10 and 16, please have them take our Placement Test for Kids & Teens to ensure they enroll in the right course level.
