Painting Workshop: Portraits Alla-Prima
February 15, 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Members $45 - Non Members: $65. (Easels, canvas, brushes and acrylic paint provided)
One of the techniques used by Matisse, Alla-Prima captures real life poses with a fast pace, allowing the painter to keep the intensity and vibration of colors.
Marguerite will lead this fascinating workshop, which will begin with an explanation of the technique and a presentation of the model. The attendees will then be invited to pick up their brushes and produce their own portraits, alla-prima.
