About the Wine-Paired Dinner Selection (8:45 PM - 10:30PM)After the wine tasting, we will be hosting a separate, paired dinner with limited seating. This “American with a French twist” pairing dinner will be crafted by the expert hands of Raphaël Lambert, Resident Chef of La Voile Boston, La Voile Brookline, and 1855 Bar à Vin. Please note, dinner registrants are automatically enrolled in the general tasting.
