Rosé wine cocktail 

• 1-2 lemon wedges
• 1-2 slices of grapefruit
• Ice
• 6oz rosé wine
• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz simple syrup, to taste
  

• 1 cup of sundried tomatoes
• 1/2 cup of black olives, pitted
• 3 tablespoons of capers
• 2 teaspoons of herbes de Provence (optional)
• 2 teaspoons of olive oil
