Parents and kids, join us for a unique online goûter workshop. We are going to bake some sablés together en français. The workshop will be led by our teacher, Maude Mastoris.

We will follow the recipe and stir the batter together live on Zoom, and make fun shapes before your sablés head to the oven. Great opportunity to learn more about food vocabulary and the sablés history while having a yummy goûter!

You will need to have the following ingredients ready for the workshop:

• 250 g de farine (2x 3 / 4 cup flour)
• 125 g de sucre (5 / 8 cup sugar)
• 125 g de beurre (1 / 2 cup butter)
• 1 oeuf (1 egg)
• 1/4 cuillère à café de sel (1 / 4 teaspoon salt)
• 1 cuillère à café de vanille (1 teaspoon of vanilla extract)

• 1 bol (1 bowl)
• 1 spatule (1 spatula)
• 1 rouleau à pâtisserie (1 rolling pin)
• Emporte-pièces ou 1 verre (cookie cutters or a glass)
