Practicing pilates en français is a great way to improve your health and your vocabulary! In the Center's ballroom, French pilates instructor Chloé Mizuta will guide attendees in their practice. This pilates class will help you focus on your strength, core stability, flexibility, muscle control, posture, and breathing.

All levels of French and pilates welcome! When registering, please tell us your level of both so we can tailor the program to fit all needs.
